NEW: Experience your private Japanese Tea Ceremony
Antonina Sôan Bezvulyak invites you to a tea ceremony in the Urasenke tradition of the Tea Way.
You will find out what this means in a short introduction to the meaning and special features of the tea ceremony and the Urasenke tea school. Experience a Japanese tea ceremony in a small setting or in a group. The room will be reserved just for you and your group so that you can enjoy the ceremony in a relaxed atmosphere. One or more people can attend the tea ceremony as guests or, if there is a larger group, as spectators.
As a guest, you will take part in the tea ceremony in our tatami room and receive a bowl of matcha with a sweet. Please note that white socks are worn on the tatami. If there are more than 6 people, or if kneeling on the tatami is a problem, you can also sit on chairs.
Spectators can attend and watch the booked tea ceremony.
We will be happy to answer your questions about the tea ceremony, the tea utensils and other tea-related matters. The tea ceremony takes place in the tatami room with a view of the Japanese rock garden at KEIKO's headquarters in Diepholz.
