Matcha Cook& Mix becomes Matcha Loving Latte!
Now with an improved recipe: greener, less bitter and at the same time fuller in flavour!
Perfect for matcha latte lovers - and of course also for baking, cooking and mixing! Matcha Loving Latte can be prepared pure with hot water and/or with frothed, hot milk (we recommend oat or rice-almond drink!) or used in desserts, shakes and sweets - refreshing new flavours and the bright green colour make your creations an eye-catcher and a culinary delight!
To avoid lumps, we recommend mixing the powder with very little water first to form a thick paste before adding the remaining liquid. Find more recipe ideas at: www.keiko.de/recipes
Storage
In order to preserve the precious flavours and ingredients of the powder in the best possible way, we recommend to seal the bag well and store it in a cool and dark place, ideally in your refrigerator or freezer.

Matcha preparation instructions

Prepare
Place the matcha whisk briefly in warm water to increase the elasticity of the bamboo and avoid broken ribs. Pour the matcha powder through a fine kitchen sieve.

Dosing
Put one to two spatula tips or a small, level teaspoon (approx. 1 to 1.5 g) of matcha into the pre-warmed, empty matcha bowl.
Tip: If you prefer not to sift, you can first mix a small sip of cold water with the powder to form a thick paste.

Frothing
Fill with 70-100ml of water at around 80° and use a matcha whisk to whisk the tea with quick hand movements (as if to draw an "M" in the cup) for around 20 seconds until a fine foam forms on the surface.
