Kabuse Dan
The Tsuyobi-Classic of the KEIKO early pluckings is just a little more dried than the other 1st plucking teas with a pleasantly round, warm aroma.
Kabuse Hojicha
Probably the best known example of roasted green tea: Hojicha.
Often, teas with a high proportion of stems are used for Hojicha (Kukicha), which can lead to a woody aroma. For a particularly full aroma, 1st & 2nd plucking leaves are used for KEIKO Hojicha.
